We had a problem with our keycard, but the staf helped us right away. We didn't have to wait too much . We chose to eat breackfast everyday and the food was delightful. The rooms were perfectly clean.

We had a good sized shower with no plumbing issues and loads of hot water. The room temperature suited us fine, although I did open the window a bit for some air. No apparent noise from corridor or lift. Breakfast was extensive and catered well for our needs. Lots of fresh fruit and decent coffee. Staff here are attentive and polite and deserve a mention . I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. We ordered our taxi before leaving the UK, and did this through the hotel. Would recommend this service as it came on time and no awkward moments wondering what it was going to cost . If you are considering coming to Bucharest, I can recommend this hotel.

I stayed at NH Bucharest only for two nights, May 5-7, and I will return to this hotel when I will arrive in Bucharest. I received the... read more room on the 8th floor, where I had a view of the city. The room is spacious, and very clean.
The location is very good, right in the city center. It is 10 minutes walk from the Old Center, 5 minutes from the Mall, and 5 minutes to the boulevard leading to the Parliament building, from this boulevard you can see this building very nicely.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need something, you can confidence go to the hotel reception, they will help you with the greatest pleasure.
Regarding the breakfast, I had to choose between 3 predefined menus. English breakfast, Continental or Vegetarian breakfast for people who do not eat meat.
I recommend this hotel

  Great value - zero complaints. Instructions respected (high floor, away from the elevator) , free parking, modern, very reasonable rates, quiet, clean, good location, fairly close to the old town centre.

Great location in walking distance of old town, shops and metro. Would definitely reccomend if you come to Bucharest.
